Challenge
As this area’s “FREE” clinic, a rebrand was necessary to attract more insured patients for the clinic. The objective of this campaign was to successfully rebrand the Community Health Center of the Black Hills, now known as Complete Health, through meticulous planning and strategic execution. Over the course of a year, our team developed a comprehensive rebranding strategy, culminating in a single day unveiling event and a subsequent three-month marketing campaign. The process involved brainstorming sessions to define goals, generating and vetting potential names, designing a new logo through internal focus groups, and planning a detailed roll-out that included new business cards, printed materials, a brand guide, signage, and a new website. The rebrand was launched with a press conference and open house, followed by a robust marketing campaign across various media to inform the public of the new identity and mission. Since the launch of our rebrand, marketing efforts have shifted to awareness and driving new patients to the clinic.

Google Search Ads: Launched in summer 2024, generating 21,900 clicks at an average Cost Per Click (CPC) of just $0.90, resulting in 136 leads. Remarkably, converting just 6 of these leads into new patients would cover the entire year’s keyword campaign costs.
Social Reel Campaign: Reached over 1 million impressions with a 0.5% CTR and a Cost Per Result (CPR) of $0.61.
